Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a senior professional to lead the development and implementation of the organisation’s enterprise risk management framework. The role involves identifying and managing strategic and operational risks, overseeing risk assessments and ensuring mitigation plans are executed.

• Significant experience in risk management, governance, integrity, compliance, cybersecurity or related areas.
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams and strategic organisational functions.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Risk Management, Governance, Integrity, Compliance and Cybersecurity principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• High level of integrity, objectivity, strategic thinking and sound judgement.

Oversee enterprise risk assessments and ensure effective implementation of risk mitigation plans.

Integrity & Governance

Lead the implementation of integrity, governance and compliance initiatives across the organisation.

Strengthen a culture of integrity, ethical conduct and accountability.

Monitor compliance with relevant policies, procedures and integrity-related requirements.

Oversee the management of integrity concerns, complaints and whistleblowing matters in accordance with established procedures.

Provide strategic advice to management on integrity, governance and compliance matters.

Cybersecurity

Lead the organisation’s cybersecurity strategy, governance and risk management initiatives.

Identify, assess and monitor information security and cybersecurity risks.

Ensure appropriate cybersecurity controls, policies and practices are implemented and continuously improved.

Oversee cybersecurity incident preparedness, response and recovery.

Work closely with relevant stakeholders to safeguard organisational systems, information and digital assets.

Leadership & Strategic Management

Set the strategic direction, objectives, KPIs and action plans for the Division.

Lead, develop and build a high-performing team with the required capabilities and expertise.

Provide strategic insights, reports and recommendations to senior management.

Drive continuous improvement in risk, integrity and cybersecurity processes, controls and practices.

Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, regulators and relevant industry partners.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management, Governance, Accounting, Finance, Law, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, Management or a related field.

Significant relevant experience in risk management, governance, integrity, compliance, cybersecurity or related areas.

Proven leadership experience in managing teams and strategic organisational functions.

Strong understanding of Enterprise Risk Management, Governance, Integrity, Compliance and Cybersecurity principles and practices.

Strong analytical, problem-solving and risk assessment capabilities.

Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management and influencing skills.

High level of integrity, objectivity, strategic thinking and sound judgement.

Experience in a regulated, governance-driven or complex organisational environment will be an advantage.
