Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electronics/telecommunications or related field.
• 1–2 years hardware design, sustaining engineering, or RF/analog product development.
• Knowledge of analog circuit design, power supply design, and RF fundamentals.
• Willingness to travel to Austin, TX for training and collaboration with global R&D teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead redesign activities for EOL RF components to extend product lifecycle.
• Redesign and validate analog, power, RF, and microwave circuits.
• Evaluate alternative components with minimal impact to architecture.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing to implement DFМ improvements.
• Develop proof-of-concept designs to validate approaches.
• Support PCB layout reviews and circuit improvements.
• Perform root cause analysis and apply structured problem solving.
• Document findings and communicate progress to stakeholders.
