Job summary

Keysight Technologies in Malaysia is seeking a Process Engineer to support automated and manual RF/Microwave assembly lines. You will analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize manufacturing processes to achieve high quality and yield targets.

You will lead continuous improvement projects, drive value engineering, and redesign jigs and tooling to reduce inefficiencies while ensuring proper quality documentation. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering with 2–4 years of related

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
2–4 years of related experience.
Experience with dispensing, pick-and-place, bonding, soldering or cleaning is an advantage.
Proven leadership and accountability.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in an agile environment.
Creative, flexible, and innovative team player.

Responsibilities

Provide process engineering support to automated and manual assembly lines for RF/Microwave products
Analyze, troubleshoot, and solve product quality issues related to process
Improve process yield by addressing materials, machine issues and parameter changes
Ensure all quality documentation for manufacturing processes
Participate in new product transfer and outsourcing projects
