We're looking for a dynamic and technically skilled RF Field Applications Engineer to join our growing team. In this customer-facing role, you’ll bridge the gap between engineering and application, working with cutting-edge RF solutions in real-world deployments.

What You Do

• Serve as the technical point of contact for RF products and solutions with customers.
• Support the design‑in process by providing pre‑ and post‑sales technical guidance.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to deliver optimized RF solutions.
• Troubleshoot and solve complex RF system‑level challenges in customer applications.
• Deliver product presentations, demos, and technical training to customers and partners.
• Gather customer feedback and relay market needs to product development teams.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, RF/Microwave Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in RF design, testing, or applications engineering.
• Strong knowledge of RF components (amplifiers, filters, mixers, antennas, etc.) and systems.
• Hands‑on experience with RF test equipment (RF signal generator, VNA, spectrum analyzers, etc.).
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to travel to customer sites (regional and/or international as needed).

Nice to Have

• Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) testing, IEC62209-1588
• Experience with wireless communication standards (5G, Wi‑Fi, LTE, etc.).
• Background in PCB layout and RF simulation tools (ADS, HFSS, CST, etc.).
• Prior experience in a customer‑facing engineering or technical sales role.
