Job description

· Participates in new product development to ensure testability is designed into new products.

· Determines the testing process and develops test specifications or procedures based on that process.

· Design & developstest fixtures for production testing.

· Provides ongoing technical support to production.

· Execute Engineering Change (EC).

· Responsible for testing yield improvement and test equipment maintenance.

· Support quote request based on the RFQ process.

· Responsible in improvement activities and Kaizen project

· Perform production capacity studies to assess production capacity.

· Adhere to SOPs and work instruction.

Job Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.

· A good knowledge of PIM Tester is strongly preferred.

· Knowledgeable about RF testing/RF equipment and networking products will be an added advantage.

· Able to be part of a cross-functional team in problem solving and resolution of operations issues effectively.

· Strong oral and written communication skills

· Proficient in Chinese reading and writing.

· Skilled writing and execution on Tester Validation Report

· Must be independent and self-motivated with high level of initiative and energy
