Job Responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits
  • Develop and manage compensation structures, salary reviews, and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitiveness.
Payroll Management
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and reporting obligations.
  • Manage payroll audits and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Compliance & Governance
  • Ensure adherence to local labor laws, employment regulations, and internal policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and statutory reporting.
  • Monitor changes in legislation and update policies accordingly.
Rewards Strategy
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to design reward programs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Drive initiatives related to performance-based rewards and recognition programs.
Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, and external vendors to ensure smooth payroll and benefits administration.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on reward-related matters.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
