A leading software company in Malaysia is seeking a Revenue Operations Lead to partner with the Chief Revenue Officer. The role focuses on optimising sales and marketing operations, establishing processes, and providing data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in revenue operations, preferably in SaaS, and possess strong analytical skills. This position offers the opportunity to drive meaningful impact across the revenue organisation.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in revenue or sales operations, ideally within a vertical SaaS business.
  • Proven ability to scale operations and establish effective business processes.
  • Strong background in analytics, BI, and strategic planning.
  • Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer to develop and execute revenue growth strategies.
  • Lead and optimise sales and marketing operations by establishing scalable processes.
  • Oversee core business rhythms such as sales forecasting and quarterly business reviews.
  • Develop dashboards and performance metrics that provide actionable insights.
  • Partner effectively with finance, product, operations, and technology teams.
