This is a newly created position designed for an individual who can shape strategy, unlock commercial opportunities, and deliver sustainable revenue growth within a fast-paced consumer environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute revenue growth strategies across pricing, promotions, product mix, and channel optimization.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to identify growth levers and improve commercial decision‑making.
  • Build and maintain robust financial and commercial models to support revenue optimization.
  • Lead analytics and insights to evaluate market trends, competitive dynamics, and category performance.
  • Drive scenario planning, forecasting, and pricing architecture to maximize profitability.
  • Monitor performance KPIs and recommend corrective actions to ensure top‑line delivery.
  • Support annual business planning, long‑range planning, and commercial strategies.
  • Establish and improve RGM frameworks, tools, and processes across the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Strong background in Commercial Finance, Revenue Management, Category Management, or related disciplines.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue or margin growth within a fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) or consumer brand environment.
  • Exceptional analytical capability with strong financial modelling and data interpretation skills.
