Develop and refine annual training plans for overseas retail stores, covering product knowledge, sales techniques, operational processes, and consumer engagement modules
Design career development pathways from store associate to store manager, ensuring structured promotion training execution
Adapt headquarters-provided training materials to local market characteristics and cultural practices
Independently develop localized sales case studies, operational SOP modules, and consumer interaction courses tailored to the local team
Organize regular offline and online training sessions, delivering engaging and impactful courses
Conduct specialized training and simulations for key business milestones such as new product launches and promotional campaigns
Establish assessment mechanisms using written tests, role‑play simulations, and store audits to measure training outcomes
Track employee performance post-training and refine strategies to support store targets and business growth
Develop internal part-time trainers and establish a mentorship system (“senior guiding junior”)
Conduct regular store visits, provide on‑site coaching, and address operational challenges with practical solutions
Minimum 5 years of retail store operations or training-related experience
Background in 3C digital, consumer electronics, or smart home industries preferred
Strong ability to develop and localize training content; able to independently create PPTs, videos, and manuals
Skilled in delivering engaging, interactive training sessions that inspire and motivate participants
Practical understanding of end‑to‑end store operations, including sales data analysis, customer service, and inventory management
Fluent in English and the local language to meet training needs
