  • Work to hit individual sales and other store targets.
  • Execute sales strategies and action plans implemented by the Managers.
  • Keep abreast of product knowledge, sales & customer service.
  • Ensure proper care of stocks, fixtures and furniture.
  • Ensure visual merchandising is implemented efficiently.

Key Responsibility Areas:

Work to hit individual sales and other store targets.

Execute sales strategies and action plans implemented by the Managers.

Keep abreast of product knowledge, sales & customer service whilst providing excellent WOW service experience for customers.

Ensure proper care of stocks, fixtures and furniture within the store, and kept neat and tidy at all times.

Ensure visual merchandising is implemented efficiently.

Key Requirements:

Experience in Retail setting is beneficial for Retail Associates and necessary for Senior Retail Associates and above.

SPM/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree (desirable) in related field or equivalent experience.

Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
