Job summary

Anaika Collections Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our growing store network. You will be the face of our brands and deliver friendly, professional service to every customer.

In this role you’ll meet sales targets, assist with stock replenishment and price tagging, and participate in daily office reports. You must be comfortable with shift work, weekends, and public holidays, and have proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for the Brand and maintain a professional image.
• Provide excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.
• Stock replenishment and price tagging as needed.
• Help ensure monthly store sales targets are met.
• Conduct daily and monthly stock counts for all stores.
• Submit appropriate reports on time (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Support and attend meetings when Store PIC/Manager are absent.
• Act as On Job Training Instructor (OJTI).
• Assist new team members with daily tasks and training.
