Responsibilities

• Take charge of the merchandise department assigned.
• Update stock and order items that are short.
• Ensure organized placement of items in the selling area.
• Supervise staff on attendance, attitude, and discipline.
• Plan staff duty roster and backup plans for shortages.
• Report any issues to the Department Division Leader.
