Salary: RM 3500 - RM 5000, not including Commissions

Working Hours: 10am - 8pm, 5 Days a Week including Weekends

Job Description

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on interior styling solutions.
• Achieve sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to create visually appealing product displays and store layouts.
• Stay updated on latest interior design trends and product knowledge.
• Make appointments with customers for Interior Design Service.
• Follow up actively on sales orders, deliveries and claims to ensure a high level of after-sales service.

Job Requirements

• Candidate with Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent is a plus.
• Great team player, good interpersonal skills, and self‑motivated.
• Ideal candidate is also passionate about creating exceptional in-store experience.
• Experience in interior design and/or selling furniture, luxury retail, and hospitality industry will be an advantage.
• Candidates with relevant experience will be considered for the senior role.
• Candidates with experience with AutoCAD / Sketchup / 3D rendering software is a plus.
