Pearl Aquatics, is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Retail Sales Executive to join their team in Kajang, Selangor. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales performance for the company.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Providing product knowledge and recommendations to customers to enhance their shopping experience
• Achieving individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques
• Maintaining a well-organised and visually appealing store environment
• Handling cash and card transactions accurately
• Conducting inventory checks and replenishing stock as needed
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving any queries or complaints
• Contributing to the overall success of the retail store

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 year of experience in a retail sales or customer service role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, adaptable and able to work well in a team
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences

Good-to-Have Skills
