Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Salary Package
  • Base Salary: RM 3,000 – RM 5,000 (including allowances)
  • Allowances:
    • RM 700 (within Klang Valley)
    • RM 800 (Outstation)
    • RM 50 (Toll)
  • Petrol Card: Provided upon confirmation (Pay & claim before confirmation: 80/20 – Klang Valley; 85/15 – Outstation)
  • Company Phone: Provided
  • Commission: Based on project performance
Experience & Qualification
  • Minimum Diploma qualification.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Candidates from companies dealing with Water Pump, Water Piping, Air‑conditioning, Construction, or Mechanical Sites are preferred.
  • Prefer Chinese or Indian candidates fluent in Mandarin (female preferred, male considered).
  • Must have own transport and be willing to travel outstation, including Klang Valley, Sabah, and Sarawak.
  • Below 30 years old and able to join immediately.

Role Summary

We are seeking an energetic and results‑driven Retail Sales Executive to manage existing customer accounts and expand sales in the retail electrical segment. This role is best suited for individuals who enjoy meeting clients, building long‑term relationships, and ensuring smooth order‑to‑delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visit retail customers regularly to take orders and promote featured products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, resellers, and electricians.
  • Ensure timely follow‑ups on deliveries, payments, and customer issues.
  • Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Conduct outstation trips (approx. 2 weeks/month) to cover assigned territories.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and earn commission based on performance.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and product briefings.
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of sales experience (FMCG, electrical, hardware, or retail sectors preferred).
  • Fresh graduates with strong drive and the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in English, Malay, and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin‑speaking clients).
  • Willingness to travel frequently for customer visits and outstation work.
