🌟 Business Development / Offline Sales Executive (Junior & Senior)

FMCG / Pharmacy / Retail Sales | Kuala Lumpur | Hybrid

Jolicare (by Airda Group) is expanding our offline retail presence across pharmacies and health & beauty chains. We are hiring Junior and Senior Offline Sales Executives to support retail sales execution, merchandising, promotions, and B2B retail partnerships.

This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in FMCG retail sales, pharmacy channel management, and brand execution.

💼 What Junior Executives Will Do (RM2500-3000)

Experience: Fresh graduates / 0–1 year experience

• Support retail execution and merchandising across pharmacy and retail outlets
• Ensure proper product placement, shelf visibility, and stock availability
• Assist with promotions and A&P activities with retail partners (e.g. Guardian, Watsons, Health Lane, Alpro)
• Conduct store visits and competitor observations
• Assist with sales reporting, order processing, and operational tasks
• Support senior sales team in day-to-day offline sales activities

💼 What Senior Executives Will Do (RM3500-4000)

Experience: 1+ year experience

• Drive offline retail expansion by onboarding and managing pharmacy chains and retail outlets
• Achieve monthly sales and store expansion targets
• Manage B2B retail accounts and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy partners
• Negotiate pricing, promotions, A&P support, and in-store visibility
• Plan and execute retail promotions, displays, and product sampling
• Conduct regular store visits, competitor checks, and market analysis
• Track retail performance and provide sales reports and market insights
