HUASHENG NANYANG JEWELRY (M) SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a customer service cashier to support daily store operations. You will process transactions at the POS, handle payments, and assist customers with inquiries in Mandarin.

No prior experience is required as on-the-job training is provided. The role requires basic math, strong communication, the ability to stand for long periods, and willingness to work weekends and holidays at flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (SPM/'O' Level).
• Mandarin fluency in reading, writing and speaking.
• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods with integrity.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering inquiries and resolving issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention.
• Generate sales reports and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift.
