Job summary

MUJI Malaysia Sdn Bhd seeks an entry-level, full-time Retail Associate to support daily sales floor operations, greet customers, and provide product information to drive sales. You will also help with stock tagging, replenishment, and cashier tasks, while upholding MUJI service standards.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, outgoing, and eager to work in a team to deliver excellent customer experiences and maintain store standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM with 1–2 years of retail experience appreciated.
• Positive and passionate about retail.
• Enjoy interacting with customers and detail oriented.
• Articulate and outgoing, able to work well in a team.
• Result oriented and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving daily and monthly sales budgets.
• Provide product information and services to customers proactively.
• Greet and assist customers on the sales floor attentively.
• Assist in stock receiving, counting, tagging and labeling.
• Monitor goods with expiry dates (Health & Beauty / Food).
• Perform daily/weekly housekeeping and stock replenishment.
• Assist cashier at checkout when required.
• Report price errors and understand extended services (delivery & alterations).
• Demonstrate Muji service standards and gather customer feedback.
