About the role

Join A-Look Eyewear Sdn Bhd as an Eyecare Consultant and play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and expert advice on vision health and eyewear solutions. This full-time position will see you working closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and recommend the best products and treatments to enhance their overall eye care experience.

What you'll be doing
  • Provide personalised consultations to customers, assessing their vision requirements and lifestyle needs
  • Recommend the most suitable eyewear and vision correction solutions, taking into account factors such as prescription, face shape, and personal style preferences
  • Assist customers with frame selection, lens options, and customisation to ensure a perfect fit and visual experience
  • Educate customers on proper eyecare and maintenance to promote long-term eye health
  • Process sales transactions and provide exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and actively participate in training to enhance your expertise
  • Contribute to the overall success of the store by actively promoting sales and driving customer satisfaction
