About the Role

Join us at The Starhill KL as part of our Lifestyle retail team! You’ll represent exciting consumer tech brands like Enabot and Libernovo, helping customers discover smart, innovative products that enhance everyday living.

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you’ll be the face of the brand from welcoming customers, demonstrating products, delivering great service, and ensuring a smooth retail experience from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers warmly and introduce them to our smart lifestyle products
  • Demonstrate product features in a clear, engaging way
  • Support customers throughout their shopping journey and provide after-sales guidance
  • Handle POS systems and complete transactions accurately
  • Assist with daily store operations: opening/closing, restocking, displays, cleanliness, and following SOPs
About You
  • Open to SPM holders and above, fresh graduates encouraged to apply!
  • Experience in sales or customer service is a bonus.
  • Friendly, proactive, and confident in communicating with customers.
  • Able to work retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Willing to be based at The Starhill KL.
  • Product training provided.
  • Full-time and part-time roles available, with sales commission as well!
