YOUR TASKS

  • Implement standardized guidelines & procedures and monitor store performance.
  • Undertakes any assignment/special project as determined by the Retail Manager.
  • Adhere to country & Company standards and agreed the operational procedures with all departments to enhance the Retail Outlet Service qualities.
  • Interface with various internal DHL departments (Operation, Customer Service, Marketing, and Account & IT Dept) to ensure service alignment & enhancement.
  • To manage and deliver customer-focused service in all retail outlet.
  • Conduct cash reconciliation reports and cash/credit card transactions of retail outlet.
  • Coordinate and consolidate data transfer between retail outlet to country office.
  • Track store performance through a store scorecard sheet.Implement store hours
  • Be committed to quality customer service by being properly groomed with low absenteeism, low in tardiness at all times.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Exhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, resourcefulness and empathy.
  • Well- developed relationship skill and ability to network with multiple levels of an organization and other business units.
  • Typically requires Diploma in related discipline and or 1- 2 years of working experience.
