Job summary

DKSH Group is seeking a Crew Member Outlet Operations in Kota Kinabalu to drive retail sales and support daily outlet activities. You will help with product displays, customer service, and ensuring a clean, well-organized store environment.

The role requires basic knowledge of retail operations, willingness to work shifts including holidays and weekends, and a PMR or SPM qualification. Training will be provided to successful candidates.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess PMR or SPM.
• Demonstrate basic knowledge in the management of retail operations.
• Able to work shifts, public holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute retail/outlet sales activities to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories and overall business objectives.
• Support superior in managing day-to-day operating of retail outlet to ensure efficient usage of resources.
• Assist in product display and customer service.
• Ensure cookies bin is always full and clean; bake cookies and muffins.
• Maintain outlet housekeeping and merchandise area cleanliness.
