Our client, Ozwin Retailing Sdn Bhd, is seeking a skilled Retail Operations Executive to join their dynamic team in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of their retail stores, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the retail stores, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and general store administration
• Liaise with the merchandise team to ensure timely delivery and proper display of products
• Implement and oversee store policies and procedures to maintain high standards of quality and customer service
• Provide training and support to retail staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Identify and address any operational issues in a timely and efficient manner

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar retail operations role, preferably in the retail industry
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with staff, suppliers, authorities and cross‑functional teams
• Proficient in data processing and reporting, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
• Familiarity with retail systems and technology, including point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and inventory management software
• Demonstrated good team cooperation and coordination skill
• Flexible and adaptable, with a practical business mindset
