Retail Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement retail marketing plans aligned with sales targets and brand objectives.
- Plan and execute in-store promotions, product launches, festive campaigns, and roadshows.
- Ensure consistent brand guidelines across all retail touchpoints (stores, kiosks, POP materials).
In-Store & Trade Marketing
- Manage POSM (posters, wobblers, display units, demo units, signage).
- Coordinate store setups, visual merchandising, and display compliance.
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure execution quality.
Campaign & Promotion Management
- Work with sales team to design promotional mechanics (discounts, bundles, GWP, vouchers).
- Track campaign performance and provide post-campaign analysis.
- Coordinate with e-commerce/omnichannel teams to ensure campaign alignment where relevant.
Roadshows & Events
- Plan and support roadshows, mall activations, and exhibitions.
- Coordinate logistics, promoters, setup, teardown, and on-ground execution.
- Work closely with business support and operations teams.
Stakeholder & Partner Management
- Liaise with retail partners, mall management, vendors, and agencies.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, supply chain, finance) to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage external suppliers for printing, fabrication, and event support.
Budget & Reporting
- Manage retail marketing budget and ensure cost efficiency.
- Track ROI, sales uplift, and campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
