Retail Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement retail marketing plans aligned with sales targets and brand objectives.
  • Plan and execute in-store promotions, product launches, festive campaigns, and roadshows.
  • Ensure consistent brand guidelines across all retail touchpoints (stores, kiosks, POP materials).
In-Store & Trade Marketing
  • Manage POSM (posters, wobblers, display units, demo units, signage).
  • Coordinate store setups, visual merchandising, and display compliance.
  • Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure execution quality.
Campaign & Promotion Management
  • Work with sales team to design promotional mechanics (discounts, bundles, GWP, vouchers).
  • Track campaign performance and provide post-campaign analysis.
  • Coordinate with e-commerce/omnichannel teams to ensure campaign alignment where relevant.
Roadshows & Events
  • Plan and support roadshows, mall activations, and exhibitions.
  • Coordinate logistics, promoters, setup, teardown, and on-ground execution.
  • Work closely with business support and operations teams.
Stakeholder & Partner Management
  • Liaise with retail partners, mall management, vendors, and agencies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, supply chain, finance) to ensure smooth execution.
  • Manage external suppliers for printing, fabrication, and event support.
Budget & Reporting
  • Manage retail marketing budget and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Track ROI, sales uplift, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
