The role requires strong coordination, project management skills, and proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. You will handle promotional campaigns, on-ground events, and support sell-out targets. Retail Marketing Executive – Consumer Electronics Industry. Plan, coordinate, and execute retail marketing and promotional campaigns aligned with brand and business objectives. Develop and execute retail campaign activities such as product launches, seasonal promotions, and dealer programs. Ensure timely rollout of campaigns across retail outlets and dealers. Coordinate closely with marketing, sales, and field force teams to ensure smooth and effective execution. Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports, including effectiveness, ROI analysis, and improvement recommendations.
Plan and manage on-ground retail marketing activities such as roadshows, exhibitions, fairs, and in-store promotions. Supervise event rollout and in-store promotional execution to ensure consistency across retail locations. Coordinate logistics, displays, manpower allocation, schedules, and operational requirements. Ensure all activities adhere to brand guidelines, timelines, and operational standards. Evaluate event effectiveness and prepare performance and ROI analysis reports.
Support the achievement of retail sell-out targets through effective campaigns, events, and promotional activities. Track sell-out performance during and after campaigns to measure effectiveness. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve product visibility, retail promotions, and stock availability. Implement data-driven action plans to continuously improve retail sales performance.
Retail Campaign Planning & Management

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Retail Management, or a related field
Experience in retail marketing, trade marketing, or field marketing
Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders)
Strong coordination, project management, and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google tools (Sheets, Forms, etc.)
Independent, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Willing to travel and work on-ground with retail and field teams
