Job Requirement:
  • Minimum 5 years experiences in customer service, high-end retail environment or in similar capacity.
  • Passion in retail industry, good communication and leadership skills.
  • Service-oriented and hands-on person with good customer handling skills.
  • Fluent in English, additional languages/dialects spoken is a plus.
  • Independent and good team player, pleasant personality.
  • A self-directed learner who possesses high levels of initiative and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to adapt to changes and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good computer skills and netiquette.
