ECO-SHOP Marketing Berhad (Retail) offers a 6-month comprehensive training program covering cashiering, stock management, and product knowledge. You will receive mentorship from senior leadership and on-the-job practice in a fast-paced retail setting.

Upon successful completion, you will be converted to Permanent Staff and promoted to Assistant Manager, with incentives, rewards, and a clear career path within our growing nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any field (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
• Proficient in English and Malay (both spoken and written).
• Basic computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
