We are currently looking for a dynamic third-party, contract-basis Retail Finance Sales Coordinator to support our Retail Finance department in our Financial Services business. The role will require the associates to work from Tuesday to Saturday, with Sundays & Mondays being off days. This role also requires you to work in our office in Cyberjaya on weekdays and to travel to our dealership around the Klang Valley to support their weekend operations.

In this role, you will be supporting our Business Managers and Area Sales Managers in the day-to-day operations, coordination, and administration. The role will require the successful candidate to be responsible for loan application processing, contract disbursement, and assistance in weekend operations.

What awaits you?

Responsibilities includes:

  • Provide clarification for return cases based on Credit Approval team's comments via B1S (weekend only/weekday by request (Business Managers to request)).
  • Assist Business Managers (by request) to send appeal email such as InLand Revenue (IR) appeal, provisional rejection case, higher Margin of Financing (MOF) etc. to Area Sales Managers.
  • E-Hak Milik registration (Ownership claim under BMW Credit (M)).
  • Submit disbursement upon receiving complete documents from Business Managers.
  • ollow up on held offer cases.
  • Ensure the funding package is delivered to Credit Implementation team within 7 days of the disbursement date.
  • Balloon Extension/ Easy Drive Remarketing/ Assignments case processing, which includes follow up, loan application processing and contract disbursement.
  • Arrange contract signing with Business Managers.
  • Assist Business Managers on generating pay-out quote, payment schedule and release letter request.
  • Support weekend operations.
What should you bring along?
  • Diploma in Finance Management, Business Management or any other related discipline.
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Automotive Finance industry or Banking sector.
  • Experienced with customer interaction and solid interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Team Player who enjoys working with a multitude of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Credit Assessment & Analytical skills.
  • Meticulous and detail oriented in managing documentation completeness.
  • Strong service mindset, persuasive and credible.
  • Willing to work during weekends on a regular basis.
