We are currently looking for a dynamic third-party, contract-basis Retail Finance Sales Coordinator to support our Retail Finance department in our Financial Services business. The role requires working from Tuesday to Saturday, with Sundays & Mondays off. The role involves working in our Cyberjaya office on weekdays and traveling to dealerships around Klang Valley to support weekend operations.

In this role, you will support Business Managers and Area Sales Managers with daily operations, coordination, and administration, including loan application processing, contract disbursement, and weekend support.

What awaits you?

Responsibilities include:

• Providing clarification for return cases based on Credit Approval team's comments via B1S (weekend only/weekday by request).
• Assisting Business Managers with sending appeal emails, such as IR appeals, provisional rejection cases, and higher MOF requests, to Area Sales Managers.
• Handling E-Hak Milik registration (Ownership claim under BMW Credit (M)).
• Submitting disbursement requests upon receiving complete documents from Business Managers.
• Following up on held offer cases.
• Ensuring funding packages are delivered to Credit Implementation within 7 days of disbursement.
• Processing Balloon Extension, Easy Drive Remarketing, and Assignment cases, including follow-up, loan processing, and disbursement.
• Arranging contract signing with Business Managers.
• Assisting with generating pay-out quotes, payment schedules, and release letter requests.
• Supporting weekend operations.

What should you bring along?

• Diploma in Finance Management, Business Management, or related discipline.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Automotive Finance or Banking sectors.
• Customer interaction experience and strong interpersonal skills.
• Team player with the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Credit Assessment & Analytical skills.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented in documentation management.
• Strong service mindset, persuasive, and credible.
• Willingness to work weekends regularly.
