Job summary

Maxis invites energetic individuals to join our frontline sales team in Malaysia. You will greet walk-in customers, present and promote Maxis products and services, and work to turn inquiries into opportunities while building lasting relationships with existing and prospective customers.

You will actively generate leads, take part in roadshows and promotional events, and rely on clear communication and strong interpersonal skills to thrive in a fast-paced, performance‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Frontline customer interaction experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and propose suitable Maxis solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers, present, and promote Maxis products and services to existing and prospective customers.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships.
• Responsible for generating leads to acquire new customers.
• Actively involve in roadshows, events, and any promotional activities arranged and set by the company.
