In This Role You Will

• Plan, implement, and manage events and programs at RekaScape, including the weekly Cyberjaya Farmers Market.
• Coordinate event space rentals, including setup and client servicing.
• Execute and monitor retail initiatives based on market demands in RekaScape and Cyberjaya.
• Support the development of vibrant community spaces through entrepreneurship and innovation-focused activities.
• Conduct market and industry research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop business cases and recommend innovation projects targeting youth, startups, and SMEs.
• Prepare monthly reports on programs, initiatives, and budget utilization.

• 1–2 years of experience in retail, events, or program management.
