Job Summary: As the Retail Brand Head, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of our retail branch operations. You will oversee a team of professionals and work to ensure the store's success through effective sales strategies, product selection, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales and profitability goals. Analyze market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales staff, marketing professionals, and other employees. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and high performance.
