Retail Associate/Senior Retail Associate (Setia City Mall, Selangor)

Anaika Collections Sdn Bhd is a subsidiary of Valiram Group (www.valiram.com), a fashion-forward company that holds exclusive retail rights for brands such as Charles & Keith, Pedro & Wycon Cosmetics. With a strong presence in Malaysia and Singapore and ongoing expansion, we seek motivated, driven individuals to join our family and help grow our specialist retailer.

We currently operate close to 50 stores across Malaysia and continue to expand annually.

Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for the brand and maintain a professional, customer‑oriented image at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.
• Perform stock replenishment and price tagging as required.
• Ensure monthly sales targets are met for the store.
• Conduct daily and monthly stock counts for all stores.

Requirements

• Passion for selling.
• Customer‑service oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willing to work retail hours, including shift work, weekends, and public holidays.
• Educational background of at least SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
• Proficiency in English.
