Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador and maintain a professional, customer‑oriented image.
• Deliver excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.
• Perform stock replenishment and price tagging as required.
• Ensure monthly sales targets for the store are met.
• Conduct daily and monthly stock counts for all stores.

Requirements

• Passion for selling and customer service orientation.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Availability for retail hours, including shift work, weekends, and public holidays.
• Minimum educational qualification of SPM; higher qualifications such as Diploma, Bachelor’s, Post‑Graduate or Professional Degree are preferred.
• Required language: English.
