Our#RetailTeamis expanding! We are hiring Retail Associates within the Klang Valley region (Shah Alam, Puncak Alam and Saujana Utama). You are the frontliners and the first touchpoint for our customers, you would assist customers to locate products in our retail stores, attend to their needs and offer product recommendation.

You will be working closely with the operations, marketing and merchandising teams to align sales efforts and business objectives while ensuring continued sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and engage with customers as they enter the store.
  • Assess customers’ needs and recommend products that meet their requirements.
  • Handle cash registers and process payments.
  • Set and attain sales goals.
  • Provide customers advice on deals and promotions.
  • Use upselling techniques to increase store sales.
  • Recommend best products to customers.
  • Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services).
  • Clean and restock the inventory in the store throughout the day, before opening and after closing.
  • Prepare weekly report on work progress and updates to superior / for meeting purposes.
  • Any other ad‑hoc as assigned and / or required by superior.
Requirements
  • Passionate in all things two‑wheeled.
  • Passionate in engaging with customers.
  • Knowledge of mopped motorparts.
  • Highly accountable and a great team player.
  • Possess a can‑do mindset and positive attitude.
  • Self‑driven and result‑oriented.
  • Good writing and presentation skills.
  • Possess strong presentation, planning, organizational and analytical skills.
Additional Info

We are fully on-site and our working days are 6‑day work week.
