Key Responsibilities
  • Provide an outstanding customer experience, creating an exceptional shopping experience.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products, including features and styling options, to effectively assist customers.
  • Assist in achieving sales targets by engaging with customers and recommending suitable products.
  • Manage inventory level through conducting inventory counts and maintaining clear inventory records.
  • Ensure the store is impeccably maintained, with visual displays that reflect the brand’s image and current promotions.
  • Able to commit to retail hours.
  • Experienced candidates with proven track records will be considered for Senior Executive role.
Qualifications
  • SPM Level and above.
  • Sales experience preferably in the jewelry industry / luxury brands.
  • Passion for luxury products and a keen sense of style.
  • Presentable, pleasant with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Multilingual to cater to different groups of clienteles.
