Health Lane Family Pharmacy Sdn Bhd is expanding its Retail team in Penang. We are a growing pharmacy with over 30 years of experience and 250+ outlets across Malaysia, offering caring health advice and professional service to customers.

We are looking for a friendly Retail Sales Assistant who provides excellent customer service, handles cashiering, merchandising, and stock management while maintaining a clean, welcoming outlet environment. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in related field is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide good customer service to customers.
• Interact with customers, answer enquiries and build relationships.
• Handle cashiering and process cash and card payments.
• Assist in merchandising and maintain stock levels.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organized outlet display.
• Handle administrative tasks and ad hoc duties as needed.

Provide good customers service to customers

Willing to interacts with customer, answer customer enquiry and build relationship

Cashiering-being responsible for processing cash and card payments

Assist in merchandising product and always maintain complete stock level

Maintain a pleasant shopping environment in outlet by creating a clean, tidy, and well organized display

Handle in administration work and any other ad hoc tasks from time to time.
