Join our thriving Jun Cuisine Enterprise Sdn Bhd' team as a Restaurant Supervisor in our Ipoh Perak location. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience for our guests.

What you'll be doing

Supervising and coordinating the work of restaurant staff, including waiters, hosts, and kitchen personnel

Monitoring inventory and stock levels, and placing orders as needed

Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner

Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures

Providing training and development opportunities for restaurant staff to improve their skills and performance

Assisting with the implementation of new initiatives and procedures to enhance the overall dining experience

Collaborating with the assistant manager & management team to drive continuous improvement and innovation

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry

Strong customer service orientation and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team

Proficient in inventory management and cost control

Thorough understanding of food safety and health regulations

Adaptable and willing to learn, with a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences
