The Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and executing branding, marketing, and promotional strategies to position Carp Garden as a preferred F&B destination. The role focuses on building strong brand identity, managing social media marketing, driving customer engagement, and boosting sales through creative campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.

Build and strengthen Cap Garden’s brand identity through creative storytelling and campaigns.

Create engaging digital content (videos, reels, photography) to promote menus, promotions, and events.

Run online advertisements (Meta Ads, Google Ads) targeting the right audience.

Collaborate with food bloggers, influencers, and student ambassadors to boost visibility.

Organize promotions, food campaigns, events, and partnerships with university departments.

Monitor marketing performance (reach, engagement, sales growth) and optimize campaigns.

Conduct market research to understand dining trends and competitors.

Oversee customer loyalty initiatives (discounts, membership, special promotions).

Requirements
