Responsibilities include overseeing shift performance, ensuring profitability, conducting training sessions, and maintaining hygiene standards. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Conduct training sessions and ensure all SOPs are maintained.
  • Build strong working relationships with staff.
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure strict enforcement of hygiene regulations.
  • Handle customer queries and feedback professionally.

Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, any field.

Required skill(s): MS Excel.

At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Able to work under pressure

Able to work in a fast pace environment

Willing to work on weekend/public holidays and shifts

Applicants must be willing to work around KL / Selangor

Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Able to assist in clearing and carrying plates, glasses, and cutleries during peak hours.
