We operate a non-halal, semi-casual dining German restaurant and bar that specializes in authentic pork-based German cuisine and a wide range of imported beers, wines, and spirits. Known for our vibrant atmosphere, quality food, and curated drinks menu, we provide a unique dining experience for food lovers and bar enthusiasts alike.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Restaurant Manager who is passionate about food, service, and team leadership – someone who is confident managing both restaurant floor operations and bar inventory.

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and bar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in semi-casual dining, knowledge of non-halal kitchen operations, and hands-on experience managing bar inventory and stock control.

This role requires strong leadership, operational knowledge, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations
  • Lead, train, and supervise service staff and kitchen team
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day service, including food and bar operations
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and dining experience
  • Oversee liquor inventory, bar stock control, and supplier ordering
  • Handle daily sales reports, staff scheduling, and operational costs
  • Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations
  • Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly
  • Coordinate with marketing/promotions for restaurant events
Requirements
  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in a similar role within a semi-casual dining environment
  • Strong knowledge and comfort working in a non-halal restaurant (pork and alcohol served)
  • Experience in bar management, liquor stock control, and supplier ordering
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Fluent in English (other languages are a bonus)
  • Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field preferred
