A leading hospitality provider in Malaysia is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee operations and ensure guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a hospitality diploma and at least 2 years' experience managing an outlet. Responsibilities include optimizing the outlet's profitability and maintaining Hyatt's brand standards.
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line Hyatt's International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Restaurant Manager is responsible to manage the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit center, in line with the outlet's operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet.
Ideally with an apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or Restaurant Management.
Minimum 2 Years' Work Experience As An Outlet Manager.
Good practical, operational, interpersonal skills and adequate administrative skills with a flair for creativity are a must.
