Job summary

Nando's Chickenland Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking energetic crew members to deliver great customer service, handle food prep, and work as part of a team in a fast-paced dining environment.

You will learn all aspects of dining room and kitchen operations, maintain hygiene, and contribute to a positive, fun workplace that values growth and teamwork. Full-time roles with paid training, meals, uniforms, and family medical coverage are available.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service mindset with a positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a busy restaurant environment.
• Good communication skills in English and Malay.
• Willingness to learn and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and deliver great dining experiences.
• Prepare and serve Nando’s products according to recipes.
• Ensure timely food orders and maintain stock levels.
• Keep equipment, counters and hygiene up to standard.
• Maintain clean uniforms and restaurant area.

We will need your help on below as a friendly and professional Nando’s Crew:

Passionate about customer service and provide the best service to customers

Prepare and serve all Nando’s products as per cooking and serving procedures

Produce quality food according to Nando’s recipe

Execute all food orders on time

Check and maintain all stock levels accordingly

Maintain all equipment to standard

Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in restaurant, including your uniform

Requirement
