• Maintains service and sanitation standards across restaurant, bar/lounge and room service.
• Reviews staffing to meet guest service, operations, and financial goals.
• Leads and motivates team; communicates effectively and supports financial decisions.
• Ensures guest satisfaction and staff development through coaching and training.
• Ensures adherence to food handling, sanitation and liquor laws; trains staff accordingly.
• Manages guest relations, resolves issues, and seeks continuous service improvements.
• Oversees procurement, budgeting, and daily departmental financial activities.
