Your key responsibilities

As a Resource Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Business Partnering – strategically partner with our leaders and stakeholders and drive performance for key metrics by escalating to our leaders (i.e., Forecast, utilization variance, etc.)
  • Resource Management – maximise utilization by connecting our cohorts to the right networks or career experiences, increasing cross-team resource sharing, increasing use of our global support teams and minimizing the need for contractors
  • Bench Management – proactively support and deploy our available staff as soon as possible to client-facing or business development engagements to ensure on the job learning wherever possible
  • Forecast Management – ubiquitous and accurate use of key enablers and data quality to ensure a reliable Advisory wide forecast and reduce variances
  • Opportunity and Demand management – ensure seamless connectivity between pursuit teams and our available talent. Strategic understanding of future capability needs and proactively addressing gaps
  • Change leadership and management - drive behavior change and hold ourselves and others accountable to optimize business performance and employee engagement
  • Data Insights to drive change – use our data, tools and systems to recognize and understand XM trends, create insights, and develop recommendations for our leaders
  • Agile and Continuous improvement – support and engage in agile and innovative ways of working to drive creative solutions to our business’s challenges. Drive adoption of enablers and new tools, and reward the right behaviors
  • Prioritize and manage - competing stakeholder interests and deadlines to ensure delivery of core XM business partnering

To qualify for the role you must have
  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant working experience in sizeable organisations
  • Experience with talent development, resource management and/or supply & demand management within professional services or B2B environments
  • Experience in using Power Bi and RPA dashboards as enablers to support resourcing transformation
