Responsibilities include supporting contractors during the tender process, managing a project pipeline, and developing strategies to build customer loyalty. Candidates should have a degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, 3-5 years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills. The position is based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, with a contract duration of one year.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Residential Project business.
• Experienced with relevant relationships in the Residential ecosystem.
• Prior experience in account management and ability to be independent.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage M&E residential contractors during tender process.
• Initiate and execute vertical sales plan for residential contractor clients.
• Manage project pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
