This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the outdoors, has a strong understanding of local ecology, and enjoys interacting with people of all ages.

Job Summary
  • Lead and develop engaging nature-based programs such as guided walks, wildlife talks, conservation workshops, and eco-tours.
  • Act as an environmental ambassador, promoting sustainable practices among guests and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate environmental education into guest activities and events.
  • Maintain nature trails, interpretive signage, and learning materials.
  • Deliver presentations and talks to guests, school groups, and visiting organizations.
Requirements
  • A degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Ecology, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Experience in environmental education, fieldwork, or ecotourism is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
  • Passionate about conservation and sustainability.
  • Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in a tropical environment.
  • Pleasant personality, a team player and self-starter.
  • First Aid certification is an advantage.
