Job summary

Aurecon in Malaysia is seeking a Resident Engineer (Civil & Structural) to lead on-site supervision of industrial and institutional developments, ensuring design intent and schedule adherence. You will coordinate with discipline leads, review drawings, and monitor site activities to deliver high-quality outcomes.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in civil/structural supervision, with strong knowledge of data centre construction, precast structures, and structural steel.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in civil and structural supervision, particularly in industrial or institutional developments.
• Strong knowledge of data centre construction, precast structures, structural steel, and local construction practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM is preferred.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Must be a registered engineer with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM).
• Must be open to work on a Fixed Term Contract (1 Year)
