Qualifications

• MBBS or MMC-recognized medical degree.
• Valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
• General Practice/Primary Care experience preferred.
• Chronic disease management experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive consultations and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Conduct health screenings, vaccinations, and preventive healthcare services.
• Perform minor medical procedures within primary care scope.
• Interpret laboratory and diagnostic results to develop treatment plans.
• Build long-term doctor-patient relationships with continuity of care.
• Educate patients on disease prevention, medication adherence and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and allied health professionals to deliver integrated care.
• Support telehealth services including teleconsultations, test reporting, and EPS.
• Coordinate referrals to specialists and ensure continuity of care.
• Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines, SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in CME and contribute to service improvements.
• Support clinic initiatives to enhance patient experience, operational efficiency and quality of care.

Requirements

• MBBS or an equivalent medical degree recognized by the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC).
