Alliance Medical Group Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a Resident Doctor/Medical Officer for the Kajang Selangor area. The role is on-site, full-time with potential partnership and profit sharing.

Qualifications

• Must hold a recognized medical degree and be registered with MMC.
• Good bedside manner and effective communication within a team.
• Experience in locum or clinic work is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional medical consultation, diagnosis, and treatment to patients.
• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions in a clinic setting.
• Perform minor procedures such as wound care, suturing, and minor surgeries as needed.
• Interpret diagnostic tests and explain results to patients.
• Prescribe appropriate medications and therapies.
• Maintain confidential patient records with accuracy.
• Handle medical emergencies within the clinic efficiently.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth daily operations and high-quality care.

Job Responsibilities:

• 1. Provide professional medical consultation, diagnosis, and treatment to patients.
• 2. Manage acute and chronic medical conditions effectively.
• 3. Perform minor medical procedures (e.g., wound dressing, suturing, incision & drainage) as required.
• 4. Interpret diagnostic tests and advise patients on results.
• 5. Prescribe medications and treatments appropriate to the patient’s condition.
• 6. Maintain accurate and confidential patient medical records.
• 7. Handle medical emergencies within the clinic setting efficiently.
• 8. Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations and high-quality patient care.

Requirements:

• Recognized Medical Degree (MBBS/MD/MbChB) from a recognized institution.
• Valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) and Full Registration with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC).
• Prior experience in locum or clinic work is an advantage.
• Free from previous criminal or medical law violation record
• Competent in minor surgical procedures and emergency management.
• Good bedside manner, strong communication skills, and ability to work well in a team.
